9 years ago, to this day, I started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It's an easy date for me to remember because my very first class was on my 25th birthday. Today I celebrate my 34th.

As I get older it feels like there are even more things to do with even less time. Enjoy every bit of it and make sure you stick with the things that are truly worth while, invest in those that deserve your love and respect and never stop learning.

9 years at first seems like a long time to consider but when looking back at all the things that have taken place, all the aspects about my life that are so different to when I was 25, it doesn't feel long at all. But the difference, the difference is like night and day.

Still a work-in-progress at 34, hahaha.
