I'm feeling really refreshed after a week off from work for the Thai New Year. Most of which was spent outside of Bangkok with family and friends. The only bump was I had a sour-stomach most of the time but still managed to enjoy good food and drink which made it worse later but I'm coming out of it now. I think I had such a relaxing time that I had little to do with BJJ the entire week. Granted I kept up with the posts here and there but surprisingly I didn't find myself watching vids or clips on youtube. Overall, a really nice break but now I'm hungry to get back to training.
While I'm sure for most of you it's been a normal work week, don't forget to take a break now and then. Make sure things remain fun and exciting.
